Returns

We want you to love every Prairie piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please note that we do not offer exchanges — if you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order. Read our policy below and submit your return request.

14-Day Window
The return must reach us within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returns arriving after this period without prior approval will not be accepted.

Item Condition
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all tags attached. Our garments are delicate — please try them on with care. If you experience any damage before wearing, contact us immediately. Garments that are used, washed, soiled or damaged will not be accepted.

Shipping & Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the goods until delivered to the shipping company or service point. Always keep your shipment receipt and tracking number as proof. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

We Do Not Offer Exchanges
Prairie does not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour or style, please submit a return request for your original item and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your preferred piece as quickly as possible — without waiting for your return to be processed first.
How It Works

Fill in the return form below with your order number, email and the reason for your return.

Receive Label
We'll email you a return label within 1–2 business days. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

Ship Item
Pack the item securely with tags attached and drop it off at your nearest post office. Keep your receipt.

Get Refund
Once we receive and approve the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
