14-day return window. Exchanges are currently unavailable. Returns must meet the criteria below for approval. All items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed — with all tags attached. Any returns with signs of tag tampering will not be accepted.
Condition. Returns in unsellable condition — including but not limited to deodorant stains, pet hair, missing tags, and odour/fragrance — are subject to rejection upon processing. Prairie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not satisfy our return policy, and such items are subject to return shipping charges.
How to return. Email us at shop@prairie.no with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Sale items. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
